Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the "Let's talk" form on www.ai-upskill.co.uk. In short: they're used only to reply to you, they're never sold or shared for marketing, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Who is responsible
A.I. Upskill, the person behind this website, is responsible for your details.
What is collected
- Your name and the email address or phone number you give.
- The ideas and next step you choose, and any message you write.
- The date and time you sent the enquiry, and that you agreed to be contacted.
The site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies.
Why, and on what basis
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on what you asked for. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else handles your details
- Cloudflare runs the bot check (Turnstile) and the small service that passes your enquiry on. To tell people from bots, Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser and your IP address. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Notion stores your enquiry in a private workspace that only A.I. Upskill can see. Notion is based in the United States. See Notion's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
- GitHub hosts the website itself.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. They use recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for those transfers.
How long it's kept
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details held about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent. To do any of these, send a new enquiry through the form, choose "Something else" and say what you'd like. If you're unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
